Gloria Fang

Gloria Fang has extensive experience in customer support, sales, and product support coordination. Gloria is currently serving as the Lead Customer Support Specialist at PriceSpider, where they independently troubleshoot client issues, identifies root causes, and evaluates issue severity. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Support Coordinator at Digital Forest Technologies for four years, where they bridged the gap between account managers and support engineers, managed support resources, and engaged in API integration. Gloria also worked as a Sales Representative at LG Display, where they analyzed customer forecasts, supported senior management in building sales plans, and developed pricing strategies. At ASUS, they served as a Sales Administrator, managing a team and gaining expertise in international trade processes, sales order management, and logistics management.
