Henry Cammack

East Regional Sales Manager at Primal Kitchen

Henry Cammack has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Farmer at Bread and Butter Farm, where they were responsible for milk production, raw milk bottling, and assisting in bakery and pasture management. Henry also played a role in establishing Burger Night, a weekly on-farm dinner event.

In 2012, Cammack served as a Milker at Thompson Farm and later at Family Cow Farmstand, where they handled milking, calf chores, feeding, bottling raw milk, and general farm tasks. Henry also worked as a Sales Representative at Kimball Brook Farms, promoting their local and organic products and participating in farmers markets.

From 2013 to 2016, Cammack joined Shelburne Farms as an Assistant Herdsperson and Pasture Manager. Henry managed the health of a large herd and flock, completed daily tasks like milking and feeding, and oversaw the rotational grazing of 450 acres of pasture. Henry also had a shorter role as a Milker at Shelburne Farms.

In 2015, Cammack became a Board Member at the Vermont Grass Farmers Association, and from 2016 to 2017, they owned and operated Henry's Dairy, a raw milk micro dairy producing high-quality grass-fed milk.

Starting in 2017, Cammack worked at Green Mountain Organic Creamery, first as a Sales Representative and then as the Acting Creamery Manager. During their time there, they managed sales and briefly supervised creamery operations.

In 2019, Cammack joined Yin Yang Naturals as a Territory Manager, responsible for overseeing a designated sales territory. Henry later became the National Brand Liaison, handling brand partnerships on a national level.

Most recently, in 2022, Cammack joined Primal Kitchen as the East Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations in the region.

Henry Cammack completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Diversified Farm Management from the University of Vermont, graduating in 2014. Prior to attending university, they attended the Friends School of Baltimore from 2006 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In 2009, they also spent a year at The Mountain School of Milton Academy, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period either.

Additionally, Henry Cammack obtained two certifications. In March 2013, they completed an Artificial Insemination Training Course offered by Genex Cooperative. In December 2012, they obtained a Permaculture Certification from the University of Vermont.
