Michele McDonnell

Michele McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked at Mad Dogg Athletics, where they held positions such as Spinning Training Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, and Production and Fulfillment Manager. In these roles, they managed inventory, supervised customer service teams, and facilitated instructor training programs.

In 2010, they became the VP of Operations at Mad Dogg Athletics. Michele oversaw operations for multiple brands and optimized facilities in different locations. Michele also supervised a staff of 35 and played a key role in strategic planning and business development.

In 2016, they joined WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments as the Director of Operations. Four years later, they moved to Primal Kitchen (Primal Nutrition, LLC) as the Vice President of Operations.

Throughout their career, Michele McDonnell has demonstrated a strong focus on operations performance, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Michele McDonnell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
