Leah McConnell

Leah McConnell currently serves as the Global Talent & Development Lead at Primark, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Leah was an Organisational Development & Learning Partner at the Education Authority (Northern Ireland) from August 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Training and Development Manager at Lidl NI from October 2015 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Henderson Group as both Academy Development Manager and Training & Development Officer, as well as a brief tenure in insolvency at Grant Thornton LLP and as a Trainee in Recruitment & Talent Development at Novartis. Leah holds a BSc in Business with Accounting from Ulster University and has furthered professional education through the Learning and Performance Institute and the Chartered Management Institute, obtaining a qualification in Management Coaching & Mentoring.
