Osvaldo Ozzie Cortes, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading talent and people operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, People Ops, Talent and Safety at Primary Arms, LLC, since May 2022, Cortes focuses on the development and training of team members to enhance organizational success. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources & Talent at Southern HVAC, where strategic human capital management supported the company's growth and successful sale, and several progressive HR positions at notable companies such as Pilot Flying J, W&S Financial Group, Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, and Select Comfort. Cortes holds an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Northridge.
