Gerald Nardella, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gerald currently serves as the SVP of Finance at Primary.Health, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Advisor at Dock411 starting in 2017.
Gerald's previous roles include Director of Accounting and Finance at Digital Diagnostics from April 2021 to April 2023, Director Of Finance, Administration and Strategy at Bennett Day School from February 2018 to February 2021, and VP of Finance and Operations at Everywhere Wireless from May 2017 to February 2018.
Gerald also served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at myFootpath from 2010 to May 2017, where they played a crucial role in leading the company through profitable rapid growth. Additionally, Gerald worked as a Pricing Consultant on a contract basis for Wolters Kluwer in 2010, where they provided pricing analysis and recommended freight pricing systems.
Before that, they held the position of Exec Vice President of Operations at DeBoer Transportation Inc. in 2008, overseeing the operations of the transportation and logistics provider. Gerald also worked as a member of the Private Equity Acquisition Team at Akoya Capital Partners, LLC from 2007 to 2008, where they evaluated financials, conducted due diligence, and created strategic plans for potential acquisitions.
Earlier in their career, they served as the Midwest Regional Controller on a contract basis at Philadelphia Gear from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and cost management. Throughout their career, Gerald has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, strategy, and operations.
Gerald Nardella, CMA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period of 1984-1988. During the same time frame, they also earned another BS degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Apart from their formal education, Gerald Nardella, CMA, has also obtained additional certifications. In December 2020, they completed a program called "Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success," offered by Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, in February 2008, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
