Erin Girardi MPH, CLC is an experienced health program manager currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for HIV Integrated Care and Practice Transformation at the Primary Care Development Corporation since July 2023. Previously, Erin worked as a Project Manager of Social Determinants of Health at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023. Erin's extensive background includes roles at Denver Health as a Community Health Planner, Health Education Supervisor, and Health Educator, and at Community Healthcare Network as a Women's Health Program Manager and Family Planning Health Educator.
