Ruth Kelly

Ruth Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in outreach, administration, and program development. Currently serving as Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator and Certified Application Counselor at Primary Health Solutions since October 2019, Ruth previously held the role of Vice President and Administrator at Families First dba The Light Ministries, where responsibilities included grant administration and staff supervision to address infant mortality in Middletown, Ohio. Additional experience encompasses roles in logistics at Contingent Network Services, marketing data quality at LexisNexis, and various positions at YMCA organizations, developing membership services and collaborative programs. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a high school diploma from Richmond Senior High School.
