Michelle Stalnaker, M.A., SHRM - SCP, SPHR has over 16 years of work experience. Michelle began their career in 2003 as a Commercialization Analyst at the WVHTC Foundation, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, Michelle joined Bureau Veritas Primary Integration as the Vice President of Human Resources, a role they still hold.

Michelle Stalnaker, M.A., SHRM - SCP, SPHR has a diverse education history. Michelle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from Fairmont State University in 1999-2003. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University in 2008-2010, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from the same institution during the same time frame.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field, Michelle completed a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2017-2018. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the SHRM-SCP (obtained in January 2015) from the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification (obtained in January 2012) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
