Colin Marshall

Colin Marshall is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience spanning various organizations and roles. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Primary ITO since August 2018, Colin oversees the development and implementation of the communications strategy for both internal and external audiences. Previous roles include Principal Communications Advisor at the Tertiary Education Commission, where Colin focused on external communications, and multiple positions within the Department of Internal Affairs, Office of the Children's Commissioner, and other notable organizations. With a solid foundation in journalism from Massey University and Victoria University of Wellington, Colin has effectively engaged in media management, stakeholder relations, and strategic communications throughout a diverse career, beginning with journalism roles at various publications.
