Matthew DiNatale

Matthew DiNatale has a diverse range of work experience. Matthew is currently working as an Executive Recruiter at Primary Recruiting Services, starting in June 2023. Before that, they worked at Nesco Resource from January 2020 to June 2023. At Nesco Resource, they started as a Recruiter and then became a Scientific/Technical Services Team Lead, where they led a team of 7 recruiters specializing in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Medical/Biotech, and Engineering/Aerospace. Matthew organized meetings to discuss KPIs and provided training on sourcing strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at Granite Telecommunications from 2019 to 2020. Matthew also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Server/Bartender at Umi Sushi Japanese Restaurant from November 2017 to May 2018, and as a Server at Duffy's Sports Grill from January 2013 to August 2016. In these roles, they emphasized teamwork, customer service, and flexibility.

Matthew DiNatale attended Palm Beach State College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Following this, they enrolled at the UCF College of Business from 2016 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Integrated Business. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "Excel 2016: Pivot Tables in Depth" and "Excel 2013 Essential Training" from Lynda.com in February 2018 and September 2017 respectively. Matthew also completed "Outlook 2013 Essential Training" from Lynda.com in September 2017.
