Mike Witkowski

Mike is a Chief Financial Officer and Partner with over 20 years of experience in financial services, including 14 years of experience in venture capital. He has a deep understanding of the industry and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's finance, compliance, back office, legal, and operations functions. His expertise is instrumental in building solid foundations for Primary’s continuous growth. Mike began his career in Poland, in commercial banking, and after moving to the United States in 2000, transitioned to financial services focused on hedge fund operations, and then to venture capital, where he have spent the majority of his career. Mike gets the biggest satisfaction from sharing his knowledge and brainstorming ideas, and especially from mentoring younger colleagues and letting them achieve their full potential.
