Alexandria Todd

Alexandria ("Lexi") Todd is currently the Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Primary Wave, overseeing contract negotiation and legal advising across various divisions, including music publishing and artist management. Since joining Primary Wave in 2016, Lexi has played a crucial role in the acquisitions team, focusing on major music rights acquisitions and due diligence processes. Previous positions include Director of Business & Legal Affairs and Manager of Business Affairs at Primary Wave, as well as legal internships at Guardian Life, the New York City Law Department, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Lexi holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Monmouth University.
