Nicolette Sharp

Nicolette Sharp is the founder and CEO of Prime 8 Consulting. Nicolette has over 25 years of experience in business strategy, finance, and consulting. Prior to Prime 8 Consulting, they were the Director of Business Strategy at Microsoft, responsible for developer relations and platform evangelism. Nicolette has also held senior finance positions at HP and Unisys. Nicolette began their career as a financial controller at Coty Inc.

Nicolette is a thought leader in the area of digital transformation and has spoken at numerous conferences on the topic. Nicolette is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where they received their MBA in Finance.

Nicolette Sharp has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Curtin University in Accounting and Business/Management. Nicolette is also a CPA with professional qualification in Finance/Accounting from CPA Australia Program. Nicolette is currently the President of YPO International Business at Harvard Business School.
