Pam’s passion for employee relations is seen in the results of her high-level work with: employee development; talent acquisitions; HR policy, process, and systems; mergers and acquisitions, change management; and organizational leadership. With 20 years of HR experience, she is an inspiring leader who supports PRIME AE and its executives with a unique perspective and appreciation for human capital, recognizing that the human side of the business is the organization’s greatest asset.
Pam’s role includes overseeing human resources, recruitment, leadership development, employee training and engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, as well as compliance in federal, state and local human resources law. She will also play a critical role in helping to position PRIME AE for organic and acquisitive growth.
