Shamima Siddika

Shamima Siddika is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as an Executive Officer (Manager) at Prime Bank Ltd. since January 2019, after progressing from the role of Senior Officer (Assistant Manager) within the same institution from July 2009 to December 2017. Prior to this, Shamima worked at SELTEX International Limited as an Assistant Floor Manager and Customer Service Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing employee performance and liaising between customers and internal departments. Shamima holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Stamford University Bangladesh, a BSc in Home Economics from the University of Dhaka, and has pursued additional studies in International Project Management.
