Marcia Kovalik

Marcia Kovalik is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Prime Buchholz LLC since October 2008. Marcia is responsible for legal counsel and regulatory and operational compliance for the federally registered investment adviser. Prior to that, Marcia served in a similar role at Citizens Advisers, Inc. and Citizens Securities, Inc. from February 2001 to April 2008. Marcia also has experience as an Attorney at Boynton, Waldron, Doleac, Woodman & Scott, P.A. and as a Law Clerk at New Hampshire Superior Court. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Middlebury College and a Doctor of Law (JD) from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
