Diogo Ventura

Diogo Ventura's work experience includes serving as the Head of Valuation at Prime Capital AG since 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Prime AIFM LUX S.A. as a Director and Senior Associate in Valuation. In these positions, they were responsible for classifying and reviewing Alternative Investment Funds' portfolio investments, preparing valuation models, and analyzing contractual agreements for debt instruments. Before that, Diogo worked as a Senior Analyst in Transfer Agency at Northern Trust Corporation and as a Relationship Officer in Accounting - Capital Markets at Intertrust Group. Diogo began their career as a Finance Intern at Findmypast, where they conducted M&A target identification and cost analysis.

Diogo Ventura pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance and Investment Banking from ICMA Centre between 2013 and 2016. Diogo further continued their academic journey at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where they obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from 2016 to 2017.
