Ryan Sulheim

Ryan Sulheim is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Prime Design since January 2015, Ryan focuses on the development, testing, and implementation of ladder rack systems, alongside supplier and component qualification system development. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer position at Restaurant Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities involved designing and qualifying oil handling systems, and a Project Engineer role at Rheem Water Heating, contributing to the Marathon water heater line and developing the Thermal Storage tank product line. Earlier career roles encompassed supervision in design and drafting departments at ATMI and mechanical design at 3M, specializing in capital equipment for health and safety products. Ryan's educational background includes an Engineering Design degree from Hutchinson Vocational and high school education at William Kelley High School.
