Eric Bass

Eric Bass possesses extensive experience in capital markets, currently serving as a Capital Markets Senior Associate at Prime Finance since January 2020. Previously, Eric held various roles at Prime Finance, including Capital Markets Associate and Capital Markets Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Analyst in Capital Markets & Strategic Planning at RXR Realty from June to December 2019, and an Investment Sales Intern at Rosewood Realty Group during the summer of 2018. Eric began a career in the real estate sector as a Student Housing Research Intern at BMOC, Inc. from November 2016 to May 2017. Eric earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business, graduating in 2019.
