Paul Oliveri

Paul Oliveri is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment sourcing, credit analysis, and due diligence. Currently serving as Managing Director at Prime Finance since May 2011, Oliveri leads investment processes and negotiations. Prior to this role, Oliveri held the position of Assistant Vice President at PB Capital, where responsibilities included structuring and closing substantial transactions ranging from $50 to $200 million. Experience also includes a brief tenure as an Analyst at Corbel Capital, focusing on investment sales and feasibility analyses, as well as an earlier role as Underwriting Assistant at Nu-Main National. Oliveri holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a concentration in Finance from Lehigh University.
