Gwendolyn Waichman

Gwendolyn Waichman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gwendolyn started their career as a Legal Intern at GE in 2008. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at the Gramercy Park Hotel in 2009 and at Pepsi Beverages Company in 2010. Gwendolyn then joined Capital One in 2011 as part of their Human Resources Rotation Program. In 2013, they worked at Dropbox as a Recruiter until 2015. From 2016 to 2023, they held the position of Head of Recruiting at Front, where they played a key role in expanding the company to over 450 employees globally. Currently, they are serving as the VP People at Prime Financial Technologies, where they are focused on democratizing access to credit for small businesses.

Gwendolyn Waichman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, attending from 2007 to 2011.
