John Burke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John began their career in 1994 as the Vice President of Operations at Core BTS, Inc. and eventually held positions as the Executive Vice President and Officer, and Managing Director of the NY Division. In 2007, they founded VISTAco LLC and served as the CEO. John also owned and operated Flippin' Awesome, a company specializing in disposition services. Additionally, John served as a Founding Member and Associate RE Broker at Select Sothebys International Realty, where they later became the President and CEO. John also worked as a Luxury Collection Specialist, Business Development Consultant, and Associate RE Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS®. In their most recent role, John served as the EVP of Commercial Real Estate at Prime Group Holdings, LLC. Throughout their career, John has been involved in various organizations, including serving as a Vice President and Board Member at Hannah's Hope for G.A.N. and as the Vice President and Owner of Terrel Hills Water Company.
John Burke's education history includes the following:
- In 2007, John attended the Brenner School of Real Estate to complete the NYS Approved Real Estate Broker Licensing Course and obtained the degree of Broker in that field of study.
- Also in 2007, John attended the Manfred Real Estate Learning Center to complete the NYS Approved Real Estate Sales Person Licensing Course and obtained the NY License.
- From 1990 to 1994, John attended Siena College and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and Management.
In addition to their educational background, John also obtained certification as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) from the Certified Negotiation Institute in April 2015.
