Ricardo Carvalho

Ricardo Carvalho is the CEO and Founder of PRIME GROUP, an international group focused on Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Transformation. Ricardo launched the parent company in 2014, which includes brands such as Affinity, GRIT Solutions, Innotech, Nex t, Oméa, PrimeIT, Prime Engineering, Smart Consulting, and YTech. With over 2600 professionals involved in various projects worldwide, the company's revenue surpassed 120 million euros in 2021. Additionally, Carvalho founded PrimeIT Switzerland in 2018, PrimeIT España in 2016, Prime Engineering Poland in 2021, and Prime Engineering France in 2011. Prior to these ventures, they worked as a Business Manager at Altior Consultoria & Engenharia SA from 2004 to 2006 and as a Consultant at Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2004.

Ricardo Carvalho attended the Harvard Business School in 2009 for a program focused on achieving breakthrough services. Ricardo did not receive a specific degree from this institution. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2002, Carvalho attended the Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics for Economics and Management.
