Jennifer Zucca

Jennifer Zucca is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in business operations and special projects management. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Prime Healthcare Management since June 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Business Office Operations at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care from June 2012 to June 2022. In that role, Jennifer was responsible for overseeing business office functions that impacted patient service revenue management from pre-admission to discharge, as well as recruiting and training regional business office managers. Earlier in Jennifer's career, from April 2004 to June 2011, Jennifer worked as a Senior Admission Liaison at John Knox Village, where responsibilities included coordinating admission processes and providing medical coding and billing support for a large nursing facility.
