David Sheinfeld

David Sheinfeld has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David started their career in 1990 as the Chairman and CEO of Fresh America Corporation, where they led one of the largest distributors and manufacturers of fresh perishable products. During their tenure, the company expanded its operations and established partnerships with major retailers and food service operations.

In 2002, Sheinfeld became a Founding Partner at MKJ Advisors, LLC, focusing on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as providing strategic advice to help companies grow and operate more efficiently.

From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Managing Director at Horizon Business Advisors, LLC, concentrating on advisory, merchant banking, and strategy across various industries. Their expertise covered technology, healthcare, retail, distribution/manufacturing, gaming, and real estate.

Sheinfeld joined Dentons in 2008 as a Senior Advisor. David continued in this role at SNR Denton in 2009. Their responsibilities in these positions are not specified.
