Hannu Hartikainen

Hannu Hartikainen is a Senior Software Developer at Prime Island, starting in September 2023, with previous experience at Vincit as a hacking enthusiast from January 2017 to September 2023, and as a Full Stack Developer at HiQ Finland from January 2013 to January 2017. At HiQ, Hannu developed a broad skill set in software development, contributing to web frontend and backend, continuous integration, test automation, deployment, database administration, and UI design. Prior to this, Hannu completed a Master's thesis in the Department of Media Technology at Aalto University, focusing on real-time human body reconstruction. Early career experience includes a trainee position at Patria Systems, where Hannu developed internal project tools. Educationally, Hannu holds a Master of Science (Tech.) and a Bachelor of Science (Tech.) in Information Networks from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
