Marwan Mahmoud currently serves as the CEO of the Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates since June 2022, overseeing communication and administrative support. In addition, Marwan has been associated with the Prime Ministry's Follow Up Office since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles at the Ministry of Tourism in Syria, where Marwan held positions such as Engineering Supervisor and Site Engineer from June 2004 to March 2017, contributing to various rehabilitation and restoration projects. Additional experience includes serving as an AutoCAD teacher at Reda Center and as a Sales Engineer at Unitech Qatar for Building and Construction Materials. Marwan holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Damascus University and a High Certificate in Public Administration from INA.
