Amy L. Gao, RN, BSN, possesses extensive experience in nursing and care management. From July 2017 to July 2018, Amy served as a Care Manager at VillageCare, focusing on care planning, coordination, and ongoing health assessments. Prior to that, Amy worked at AgeWell New York as an RN Care Manager from June 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing members of various healthcare programs while staying informed about state and federal entitlement resources. Additionally, from April 2013 to December 2014, Amy held the position of Nurse Unit Coordinator at Atlantis Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, overseeing care for forty residents and managing nursing staff. Earlier in 2013, Amy worked as a Home Care Nurse at InterGen Health, conducting evaluations and initiating care plans. Educationally, Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Queensborough Community College.
