Rina Kaçi

Rina Kaçi has a varied work experience in the field of technology and telecommunications. Rina began their career at Post and Telecommunications of Kosovo, where they completed a professional internship in telephone central, NGN, and MDF departments. Rina then worked part-time as an interviewer at MASMI while pursuing their education. Rina gained further experience as a technical support intern at KujtesaNet and as an engineering/technical intern at IPKO Telecommunications L.L.C. After completing their education, Rina joined A.U.K. Training and Development Institute as a female IT trainee, where they attended training on desktop support technician job profiles. Rina later joined CACTTUS as a telecommunication network engineer, where they were involved in the implementation and maintenance of the radio access network. Rina also worked as an ICT instructor at Cacttus Education, teaching students about information and communication technology. Rina then joined Polymath Labs as a software quality assurance tester, where they focused on ensuring the quality of software products. Currently, Rina is working at PRIME | Retail & Trade Solutions as a lead QA engineer, responsible for leading the QA testing process.

Rina Kaçi completed their education in a chronological sequence. Rina obtained their Diploma for Completion of High School in the Mathematical and Informatics Department from Gymnasium "Hajdar Dushi" in Gjakove in 2008. Following that, from 2009 to 2014, they attended the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" and earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Science with a specialization in Telecommunications Engineering. Continuing their educational journey, they then pursued a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from the same institution, starting in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Rina Kaçi obtained several certifications. Rina completed courses such as IT Essentials, Security Fundamentals, Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, CCNA Routing and Switching: Introduction to Networks, and Windows Operating System Fundamentals from A.U.K. Training and Development, as a member of both Cisco Academy and MICROSOFT IT Academy Program. Rina also holds a Certificate of Contribution on a regional conference titled "Quality of Assessment, Qualification, and Evaluation in Higher Education" from South East European University. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate on Professional Training from the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Republic of Kosovo in 2010.
