Lance Lietzau

Lance Lietzau is the President and CEO of HotSeat Lotto since January 2020, where the introduction of an interactive community-based table game has been made, featuring a unique hourly universal jackpot. With 10 years of gaming expertise, Lance has successfully placed HotSeat Lotto in 12 properties and aims for 21 more placements in 2024. Concurrently, Lance serves as Lead Business Analyst at Prime Therapeutics, focusing on optimizing business processes and facilitating communication between business and IT. Previous roles include various positions at Running Aces Harness Park, UnitedHealth Group, and Treasure Island Resort & Casino, where management and analytical skills were developed. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Winona State University.
