Philip Lachapelle

Philip LaChapelle is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking industry. Currently serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director at Prime Trust since June 2016, Philip successfully facilitated the Nevada Trust Charter application process and secured key regulatory approvals. Previously, Philip held executive positions as President and CEO at Liberty Bancorp Inc and First Asian Bank, where significant turnaround efforts were made. Additionally, Philip has a history of founding and developing financial institutions, holding various executive roles at Security National Servicing Corporation and Security State Savings Bank. Philip is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Army, with a robust educational background that includes an MBA in Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University.
