Waiya Ho, FCPA, brings extensive experience in finance management across the hospitality industry, currently serving as Finance Manager for Hospitality Assets and Investments at Prime Value Asset Management since September 2022. Previously, Waiya was the Financial Controller at Oakwood, contributing to the successful pre-opening of Oakwood Premier Melbourne, and at Stamford Hotels and Resorts, where operational efficiencies and team recognition were achieved. With a solid background at Accor, including multiple Financial Controller roles across various hotels, Waiya demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, team leadership, and process improvements. Earlier career roles include Assistant Accountant at OfficeMax Australia and Accounts Assistant at Loang & Noi Pte Ltd in Singapore. Waiya holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of CPA Australia.
