Nic Hartke

Nic was promoted to VP, recruiting in January 2020. She has been with the national residential lender since 2018, working as a Regional Production Recruiter.

Nic has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, starting out originating for Chase in 2003. In 2005, he transitioned into recruiting, working on the agency side before eventually moving into corporate recruiting with MetLife Home Loans in 2011. Prior to joining PrimeLending, he served as VP of Talent Acquisition at Stearns Lending.

Nic has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from The University of Cincinnati.
