Tony Silvestro has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in finance and accounting roles. Tony started their career as a Staff Accountant at Collins Barrow Chartered Accountants and worked there for six years. Tony then moved on to be a Controller at Topeco Coffee, Ol' Grandad's Snacks, and CC Vending for three years. After that, Tony served as the Controller at Grober Inc. and Delft Blue Veal Inc, where they managed consolidated revenues of over $200 million. Tony then became the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Land O' Lakes Canada Ltd., overseeing a farmer-owned business with retail locations throughout North America. Following that, Tony worked as the Director of Finance and Member Services and later as the Director of Member Services at UPI Energy LP. Tony provided business direction and support to member owners in developing financial and risk management strategies. Tony also served as a Board Member at YMCA-YWCA of Guelph. Most recently, they have been working at GROWMARK, Inc. as the Director of Member Business, responsible for improving the financial health and vitality of the GROWMARK FS System. Tony's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the field of finance and accounting.

Tony Silvestro CPA, CMA holds a degree in Management & Economics from the University of Guelph, which they obtained from 1986 to 1989. Tony is also a certified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
