Jared Loucks has a diverse work experience in various technical support and customer service roles. In 2014, they started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Dollar General and worked there until 2015. Jared then moved on to join Oneonta City School District in 2017 as an IT Services Intern, where they completed an internship for their Computer Science degree. Jared then joined Wayne Bank in 2018 as a Teller Service Representative, where they used problem-solving skills to assist clients with their financial needs and utilized software applications for transactions. In 2020, they joined Community Bank, N.A. as an Information Technology Specialist, responsible for technical support. Jared later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Specialist Tier II. Currently, Jared is working as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist at PrimePay, a position they started in 2023.
Jared Loucks obtained their Associate of Science degree in English from the State University of New York at Delhi in 2011. Jared continued their education at Hartwick College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2016 to 2018.
