Keith Hughes, CFC has over 25 years of experience in the payroll and employee management industry. Keith began their career at Compliance Consulting Corporation in 1995, where they served as Vice President and specialized in comprehensive COBRA and HIPAA administration, working with brokers and clients across the USA. In 2012, Keith joined PrimePay, the largest privately owned payroll and employee management solutions company in the USA. Keith held various roles at PrimePay, including Channel Director, Regional Advisor for Broker Concierge, and Regional Manager for Benefit and Compliance Services. In these roles, Keith assisted employee benefits brokers in utilizing HCM technology and compliance solutions to enhance the client experience, increase client retention, and drive sales. Keith also collaborated with employers to implement these solutions to control costs, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. Keith's expertise extends to areas such as COBRA, FSA, HRA, HSA, PRA, HR advisory, time and attendance, payroll services, and ACA 1094-1095 Solutions.

Keith Hughes, CFC attended the University of Arizona where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy, Business, and Japanese Language. Additionally, they also attended Loyola University New Orleans, although their degree and field of study during their time there are unknown. Hughes returned to the University of Arizona later on and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy, Business, and Japanese Language from 1989 to 1992.
