Nadia Brewster

Nadia Brewster has a diverse work experience in marketing and product management roles. Nadia started their career at Savant Learning Systems Inc. in 2014, where they worked in marketing and product management. Nadia then joined Envysion, Inc. in 2015 as a Product Marketing Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Marketing. At Envysion, they implemented new branding and marketing processes, and managed a $1 million budget.

In 2017, Nadia joined DTiQ as a Director of Product Management - Hospitality, where they led product management projects and strategic go-to-market efforts. Nadia also worked closely with sales associates and senior leadership.

In 2018, they transitioned to Spring Global as a Director of Product Management, where they focused on developing the company's product vision and roadmap. Nadia worked closely with technical teams to implement advanced technologies and improve user experience.

In 2019, Nadia moved to SyncHR as their Marketing Director, and later became the VP of Marketing. Nadia played a key role in reinvigorating the brand and developing new strategies for web, product marketing, SEO, advertising, and social media. Nadia also implemented performance tracking approaches and launched an internal Marketing Hub.

In 2021, SyncHR was acquired by PrimePay, and Nadia became the VP of Product Marketing. In this role, they oversee three product brands in support of three sales segments.

Throughout their career, Nadia has demonstrated their ability to navigate the challenges and opportunities for growth in high-growth SaaS technology organizations, particularly through mergers and acquisitions. Their skills include change management, branding, positioning, messaging, project management, and go-to-market introductions.

Nadia Brewster completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from UNM Anderson School of Management between the years 2004 and 2008. Additionally, in March 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
