Jayden Minchew

Jayden Minchew began their work experience in 2019 as an Engineering Co-Op at Pratt & Whitney. From May 2019 to May 2020, they worked in this role. In 2020, Jayden joined Olsson as a Power Delivery Engineering Intern from December 2020 to May 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Power Delivery Assistant Engineer from May 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Jayden is working as a Substation Engineer II at Primera Engineers starting from July 2023.

Jayden Minchew attended the University of Arkansas from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jayden then briefly attended Dartmouth College in 2017, also studying Mechanical Engineering. Jayden Minchew obtained additional certifications, including the Fundamentals of Engineering - Mechanical from NCEES in April 2022, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2022.
