Sheila Blanton, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 14 years of experience in the field of human resources. Sheila currently holds the position of Global Director, People & Talent Business Partnerships at PrimeRevenue since December 2021. Prior to this, Sheila worked at Purchasing Power from 2010 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Director Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and Manager, Human Resources. In these positions, they were responsible for driving human resource efforts, leading the development of policies and programs, overseeing compensation and benefit programs, and executing day-to-day HR activities. Before joining Purchasing Power, Sheila worked at Ariba, Inc. as a Human Resources Consultant from 2007 to 2010, providing HR consulting services and partnering with business leaders to implement solutions and improve performance. Sheila also worked at Procuri, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they were involved in M&A activities with the Ariba team. Overall, Sheila Blanton has a proven track record of strategic HR leadership and expertise in various HR functions.

Sheila Blanton, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Fayetteville State University. Sheila has also pursued additional certifications throughout their career, including HR and Digital Transformation and Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact from LinkedIn. Sheila obtained the DDI Certified Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International in 2008. Sheila also holds the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in January 2021, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2015.
