Chloe Gao

Chloe (Ya) Gao, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Operations & Technology and Project Lead for AI and tech at Primerli since December 2023. Prior to this role, Chloe worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2021 to October 2023, delivering extensive projects in the Healthcare, Energy, and Technology sectors, including a $100M+ efficiency transformation for a top biopharma and a hydrogen project development for an energy utility. Chloe's academic journey includes a PhD in Computational Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, where significant research contributions were made in the Limmer Group and recognition as an Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor. Previous experience includes research roles at esteemed institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Fudan University, where Chloe developed advanced computational techniques and earned notable awards for academic excellence.
