Melinda McLaughlan

Melinda McLaughlan, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at PRIMETECH INTERNATIONAL, INC. since January 2020. Prior to this role, McLaughlan consulted for McLaughlan, Inc. and served as a Human Resources Consultant for Midwest Cast Stone of Kansas. McLaughlan also held leadership positions as President of Trevecca Security and First Response Inc., showcasing strong organizational and operational skills. Earlier career experiences include customer service roles at Citi, Cole Park Golf, and Star Transportation, along with a management position at ECI and WCCI. McLaughlan holds a BA in Management & HR from Trevecca Nazarene University and has pursued further education at Austin Peay State University and the University of Central Arkansas.
