Lindsey D. has a diverse work experience in the cannabis industry, starting in 2016 as a Dispensary Agent at Columbia Care, where they provided guidance and education to patients with medical marijuana needs. They then moved on to Revolutionary Clinics, where they served as a Patient Advocate, Lead Patient Advocate, and eventually as an Assistant General Manager, responsible for efficient operations and compliance with regulations. In 2021, Lindsey worked at AWH as an Inventory Department Manager, overseeing all inventory operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations. They then became a Dispensary General Manager at Commonwealth Alternative Care in 2022, overseeing day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance. Most recently, in 2023, Lindsey joined Primitiv Group as a Dispensary General Manager, responsible for customer experiences, staff management, inventory forecasting, and regulatory reporting. Prior to their entry into the cannabis industry, Lindsey worked as a Resident Advisor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and as a Keyholder at Clarks.
