Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on creating an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was further demonstrated through work as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice and as a university lecturer on subjects related to nutrition and food history.
