Emerson Hsieh

Emerson Hsieh is a co-founder of Primodium since October 2022 and previously co-founded Palifer, where significant work included developing prediction models for reducing downtime in rail and heavy industry, holding a patent (US 11256757). Emerson also co-founded Critterz, an NFT project with over 9,000 Ethereum trade volume, which ranked among the top 180 all-time collections on OpenSea. Earlier experience includes serving as an undergraduate researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on immersive aerial command systems and end-to-end testing frameworks for network systems. Additionally, Emerson worked as a machine learning researcher for the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan, developing predictive techniques for patient outcomes, and founded Geomaze Mobile App Studio, which produced several top-ranked mobile apps globally. Emerson holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and is associated with Y Combinator since 2019.
