Tamara B. Dowell Chae

Tamara is an Old Dominion University alumnus and started her career in public accounting before coming to work with Prince-Bush Investments in 1993. In 2002 Tamara earned the designation of Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive by the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals. Tamara understands that there is a relationship between prompt and accurate financial reporting and operational success. In her tenure she has overseen acquisitions, dispositions and transfers for Prince-Bush Investments, court-appointed receivers and financial institutions. She has expertly handled mortgage financing including securing non-recourse loans and continues to provide lenders with financial reporting to support those loans. Her design, support and stress test of our financial reporting system continues to set Prince-Bush Investments profitability ahead of most in the industry.
