Dearbhaile Heaney

Dearbhaile Heaney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise and business growth. Currently serving as an Enterprise and Business Growth Officer at Belfast City Council since February 2023, Dearbhaile has previously held significant roles such as Programmes Manager for Europe & MENA and Project Manager for Enterprise in Greece at Prince's Trust International from September 2018 to February 2023. In addition, Dearbhaile founded The Holding Project, which operated from February 2016 to May 2020, and worked as an Enterprise Executive at The Prince's Trust from January 2016 to September 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Goldsmiths, University of London (2004-2007) and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art since 2010.
