Erica Tobias

Erica Tobias is an experienced property and sales manager with a diverse background in real estate and retail. Currently serving as a Property Manager and Leasing Professional at Princeton Properties since June 2019, Erica previously held several key positions at notable organizations. At Macy's, from October 2016 to June 2019, Erica held the role of Manager for Impulse Beauty and Chanel Beauty Manager at the counter. Earlier, at PulteGroup between 2011 and 2015, Erica was a Community Sales Manager, leading a team to sell approximately 190 homes valued at around $72 million.
