Carol Kelley

Carol Kelley is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within school districts, including serving as Superintendent at Princeton Public Schools NJ from July 2021 to September 2024, Oak Park Elementary District 97 from July 2015 to July 2021, and Branchburg Township School District from July 2012 to June 2015. Kelley's expertise encompasses systems-change equity leadership, community engagement, and capacity building. Prior roles include Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Hunterdon Central Regional High School and Vice President of Educational Services at EdisonLearning, focusing on curriculum development and school performance assessment. Kelley holds an Ed.D. in Educational & Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a B.S. in Systems Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
