Emmanuel DeSousa

Before Princeville Global, Emmanuel was Vice Chairman of Global Technology, Media & Telecom and Head of Global Internet & New Media Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank AG. Prior to 2002, Emmanuel headed Credit Suisse's Ibero-American Technology banking team focusing on technology companies across Europe and Latin America.

In the course of his career, Emmanuel has executed over 150 transactions across various technology and internet sub-sectors including advertising, ecommerce, wearables, data analytics, marketplaces and social networks. Emmanuel was instrumental in setting the investment strategy and capital raising for our predecessor fund, SoftBank Princeville, where he also advised on the fund's portfolio liquidity events.

Emmanuel is an aspiring sailor and avid tennis player. Emmanuel holds a B.A. with honors from McGill University, a M.S. in Management Information Systems from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Emmanuel speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
